We’re not saying we have the answer, heck, we’re not even saying you should listen to our advice, but we’ve got a few pertinent and potentially hilarious tips for finding, or keeping, that special someone!
Mark Tatham | Book Writer and lyricist
Mark Tatham is a writer, actor, dancer, choreographer and director.
He completed his Honours Degree in Dramatic Arts at the University of the Witwatersrand, 2014.
His writing credits include penning the lyrics for his comedy song SOCIAL DISDANCE. He directed the music video for the track which earned the award for ‘Best Short Film of the Month’ in June 2021 in the Afterlife Film Festival.
He co-wrote NICE TO MEET YOU, NOW LET'S TAKE OFF OUR PANTS which ran at the National Arts Festival in Makhanda in 2017 and his one-man play, MAN UP, placed in the ‘Top 4 Best Plays’ in the 2016 SCRIBE Scriptwriting Competition before playing to audiences around South Africa in 2017.
As an actor, Mark has played the role of Ed in Disney’s THE LION KING on the International Tour since 2018 in 7 countries worldwide.
He played Jiminy Cricket in Janice Honeyman’s PINOCCHIO in 2017 and has performed in various contemporary dance productions since 2014. He has held theatre residencies in Iceland, Norway and Greece and has taught theatre throughout South Africa, Europe and Asia.
Daniel Keith Geddes | Composer and director
Daniel Geddes is a performer, director, musician, and composer. Some of his stage credits include A Seussified Christmas Carol (2017), A Handful of Keys (2017), Avenue Q (2018), Snow White (2018), and My Favourite Things (2019).
He has composed the music for several theatre and dance productions including the award-winning Burn (2016-18) and Gaslands (2019). He was musical director for National Children's Theatre's Duck for President (2019), associate musical director for VRT's Naledi-nominated Forever Plaid (2019) He has been assistant musical director for VRT's Here's to You: the SImon & Garfunkel Songbook (2019/20) and the Pantomime, Cinderella (2021).
Daniel served as Artistic Director for National Children’s Theatre in 2020/21, where he piloted their outdoor Imagination Theatre. His directing credits include Man Up (2017), Charlotte’s Web (2018), Mr Hare Meets Mr Mandela (2019), Fantastic Mr Fox (2020), and Peter and the Wolf (2021).
In 2020 Daniel released a solo piano album, In Pencil.
