GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Apart from producing our own productions, VRT is also a highly respected General Manager on both local and international productions.

The live performance on stage is the audience-facing part of any production, but with backstage and administrative teams often outweighing the number of cast members onstage, the operational support is an intrinsic part of the success of every production.

VRT is a full-service creative theatre hub that is able to offer tailor made support to Producers from concept-phase, throughout development to opening night and beyond, offering advice and support at every stage of your production's journey.

Our highly efficient team is able to assist with organising developmental readings, script consultations and workshop productions in the early stages of new works and can guide Producers and creative teams at these early and crucial concept phases.  We also offer advice on investor agreements, rights agreements, terms with authors and the appointment of key creative team members, theatre agreements and ticketing, budget consultation and recoupment schedules, production and technical schedules, audition and casting administration and recruitment of procduction personnel.

We also offer services relating to generation of key art, press and marketing materials and teams to implement and oversee your marketing strategy and sales or social media campaigns.

We work with international networks of specialists to ensure that your production is in the best hands possible from start to finish.
